What's the world's strongest beer in terms of alcohol percentage?

I don't know for sure but remember reading that some beers can have as much alcohol as hard liquor. There are a handful of microbrewed American beers that are anywhere between 18 and 25%. Yikes. The Boston Beer Company produces a beer call Utopias which is 25%!
